During the year, the Company voluntarily approached the Shareholders to help them for claiming their dividend lying
unpaid in the Unclaimed Dividend Account. The table below shows continuous efforts of the Company to reduce amount
of unclaimed dividend giving the details of unclaimed dividend at the beginning of the year, unclaimed dividend at the
end of the year:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, the Company is required
to transfer the amount of dividend lying unclaimed to the account of Interim Dividend declared by the Company in
April 2010 to the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Government of India. Accordingly, the
Company is in process to transfer such unclaimed dividend on or before June 28, 2017.
