2. The Composition of the CSR Committee:

The Board of Directors of the Company has constituted the CSR Committee to help the Company to frame, monitor

and e[ecute the CSR activities of the Company under its CSR scope. The Committee deones the parameters and

observes them for effective discharge of the social responsibility of the Company.

The Composition of the CSR Committee as on March 31, 2017:

a. Mr. Pradeep Bhargava, Chairman of the Committee and Independent Director

b. Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman and Managing Director

c. Mr. Prakash Telang, Independent Director
