A. Details of the Remuneration as required under Section 197(12) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with

Rule 5(1) of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.

The percentage increase in remuneration of each Director, Chief Financial Ofocer and Company Secretary during

2. The median remuneration of employees of the Company during the onancial year 2016-17 was

3. In the onancial year 2016-17, there was an increase of 7.6% in the median remuneration of employees.

4. As on March 31, 2017, there were 7,790 permanent employees who were on the payroll of the Company.

5. It is aformed that the remuneration paid, is as per the Remuneration Policy for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel

and other employees.
