# The remuneration to the key managerial personnel does not include the provisions made for gratuity, long service

awards and leave beneots, as they are determined on an actuarial basis for the Company as a whole.

* Mr. Rohit Kamat retired as Chief Financial Ofocer w.e.f. November 30, 2015, hence his remuneration for the year

ended March 31, 2016 has been disclosed till November 30, 2015.

** Mr. Sunil Sapre is appointed as Chief Financial Ofocer w.e.f. December 1, 2015, however his remuneration has been

disclosed from his date of joining i.e. June 29, 2015 for the year ended March 31, 2016.
